Facts
Unfortunately, many chemicals used in pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, fertilizers, and other products in the landscaping industry could be toxic and harmful to humans, animals, and vegetation. These chemicals could damage, deform, or kill animals and plants, and ultimately could cause diseases and death to humans. Several chemicals also accumulate harmful deposits that can last for weeks, months, or even years and are washed out, contaminating our soil, rivers, beaches, and other sensitive areas, as shown in the images below.
